A Message from the Principal

Welcome to Allansford and District Primary School – a vibrant, caring, and connected learning community where every child is valued, supported, and inspired to thrive.

I have recently become Principal, and I am very excited to work with all involved in the school community.

At Allansford and District Primary School, our dedicated staff work together to create a nurturing environment where students feel safe, confident, and motivated to achieve their personal best. We are proud of our strong sense of community, where students, families, and staff collaborate closely to ensure every child experiences success and joy in their learning journey.

Our school offers a balanced and engaging curriculum that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Literacy and numeracy form the foundation of learning, while programs in arts, physical education, Japanese, science and technologies enrich students’ experiences and help them discover their passions. We place a strong emphasis on student voice and agency, empowering children to take ownership of their learning and contribute positively to school life.

Character development and wellbeing are at the heart of what we do. Through a culture of respect, kindness, and responsibility, we nurture students who are not only capable learners but also compassionate citizens. Our values are lived each day – in the classroom, on the playground, and within the wider community.
