    Parent Expectations

    All students are expected to be enrolled at a school by Friday 26th June 2020.

    During this period of Covid – 19, parents are requested to contact the school via phone (55651382) or e-mail allansford.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au

    We will send the appropriate school information to you via e-mail and keep you up to date with transition events.

    Enrolment Procedures

    Enrolment is processed at Allansford & District PS during a personal interview with parent/s or guardian/s.

    The information is entered directly onto the database and a copy printed for the parent to check and sign.

     WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ENROL MY CHILD?

    • Original birth certificate

    • Immunisation Certificate

    • Passport (if born overseas)

    • Medicare Card

    • Parent Contact Details

    • Emergency Contact Numbers

    • Details of any medical conditions
