Japanese - Sushi making

This semester, our Year 3/4 students have been learning about Japanese food and etiquette. 🇯🇵

They have been making comparisons between Western food and traditional Japanese cuisine.
Our students were very excited to take part in our sushi making session, with the help from our amazing chef, Mrs Henry. Students had the opportunity to use equipment, important in the sushi making process, and were introduced to condiments that are always served with sushi.
Students were encouraged to taste their sushi at the end of the session.
A fun morning was had by all!
